Carrie Prejean

So I don't know who remembers Carrie Prejean; I forgot all about her but apparently she was the Miss America contestant who caused a stir by saying that she was for "opposite marriage" (aka only between man and woman). She lost the crown and believed it was because of her opinion. She immediately became a darling of Fox News, christian conservatives, and the Republican party who labeled her as a moral, righteous defender of Christian values who was persecuted by a liberal elite.

Anyway, as happens often in politics she was not properly vetted and it came out that she had a naughty past. Nude photos, a boob job, and the lastest revelation, a sex tape. Along with this came a lot of litigation because she breached some contract or something and so the Miss California association (she was Miss Cali) sued her for the boob job they paid for. She counter-sued. According to TMZ, which knows all apparently,they showed her the sex tape to induce her to settle. Here's the scoop:

Carrie Prejean's abrupt about-face during the settlement negotiations with Miss California USA lawyers -- when they showed her the X-Rated version of Home Alone ... starring Carrie herself.

When the video started playing, Carrie's first reaction was "that's disgusting" ... and Carrie denied it was her.

Then, the camera angle changed ... and panned up to her face. She was caught red-handed ... so to speak.

Carrie was rendered speechless and immediately began talking with her lawyer. We're told it took about 15 seconds for Carrie to drop her $1 million dollar demand.
