It's always creepier with a British Accent

So I was walking down the street the other day and passed this mom pushing a baby carriage ('pram' as they call them here) and her young (around 8 years old) daughter walking alongside. I only catch part of what they're talking about but the girl is loud.

"How old are you?" the girl asks her mom (presumably)

"38"

Girl, in a mocking voice, made all the more creepy by her British accent "Ooooooooh, I'm thirty eight!"

The woman looks like she needs help escaping from her manipulative sarcastic daughter who must terrorize her at home and in public.
